Solo Video of the Month for all subs! Yesterday I spontaneously decided to take my stretching morning routine outdoors to a public park in the center of a little town way south. The location is in a busy intersection of two roads with lots of passersby and cars in the background. I start normally and get naked gradually, in the beginning, I'm super shy but I gain confidence as I go. You will love these particular poses, especially without clothes. Can you tell whether the strangers also liked them?

you. So today you're gonna join me into my morning routine. I'm gonna show you
some very easy exercises to do. If you want every day, every morning, it's really
helpful to stretch the back and to build like resistance in the core. And I'm
gonna actually do it in a bit unconventional way. So I'm here in town
and I thought okay I'm gonna do a session here in a public place and I'm
gonna start to show you the exercises and then for every exercise I'm gonna
take one piece off. So basically I'm gonna end the whole session naked and
yeah we'll see what happens. But I have a very nice spot here. Sorry. I have a very
spot here. It's a bit busy but I think it's gonna work. And yeah it's nice in
the sun. And again up.

to start. Then you can increase if you start doing more often. You can go to 14
and then finally to 21. Or you can do as many as you want as well. There's no
general rule. So that's the first exercise. I'm already getting really
really hot. So I think I want to take off this. Okay that's the first piece.
let's see, it's okay. Okay so 14 or 21 times. It is really good to stretch the neck and
the back.
So whenever you're done you can go a bit into a Tidal Spons.
