Okay, well, welcome.

Another day, another stretching routine.

You guys all know I like to try and keep you stretching your body.

So I did, made a cover yesterday for my yoga ball, and I really like it.

It's just a tie-dye cover made out of a knit, and it's got a handle, which I couldn't carry it.

And it's cinchable in the bottom so that I can take it off and wash it.

And I highly recommend it as the weather gets warmer.

It's just great to cover your yoga ball with something so you don't sweat on it,

you don't want to get, you know, a heat rash or anything.

So I'm going to do it now on the necks, but quickly I just want to do ankles on feet today.

So we sit a lot with our feet hanging down, and it's just really, really important to, you know, do something with them

because you get sore in the bottoms of your feet.

So just simple flexing.

You can fill a pop bottle with water and put it in the freezer, and you can roll it on the bottom.

Just make sure you cover the ball with, put a towel on it,

because otherwise it can make it very sensitive very quickly.

And that's a good way to work it.

You can also get a tennis ball to roll on your foot,

or I have just a massage roller I will show you after I'm done.

Just going to do some point and flex on your feet.
