On a day like today, we pass the time away, writing love letters in the sand.
Each time my soul looked I'd take a lot of letters from the sand
You made of all that you would ever be true
But some of that love...
Ludovico Tramontana, a writer on the wave and one of the most incorrigible playboys
in the country, accepted his publisher friend's proposal for financial reasons.
He had to write his own biography in which he disclosed the details of his affairs with
worldwide famous women.
Senator Banducci's wife, manufacturer Martoni's older daughter, and Secretary Travioli's personal
assistant are among the key figures of these peculiar memoirs.
Once complete, the book was handed over to the publisher, but shortly before its release,
Tramontana returned his advance and called off the contract in which he agreed to give
up his royalties.
The book was published, though, and it became a bestseller, with over one million copies
sold.
At the same time, it started an unprecedented scandal.
But Tramontana wouldn't give up, so he sued his publisher, right before disappearing mysteriously.
Quiet, please, quiet. Give us your personal particulars.
