I'm now at three months post-op and I'm still continuing to do my daily breast massages that I've been doing
since two weeks post-op when my stitches were removed.
So my surgeon has me doing north-south massages as opposed to
circular massages or side-to-side massages that push the implants towards the armpits.
So to start I grab the implant firmly at the base and squeeze upward.
This creates a pocket for the implant to move around freely.
I do this for one minute on one side and then move to the other side for another minute.
It's basically just squeeze, hold, and let gravity drop.
Squeeze, hold, and let it drop.
So then I move to the other side for one minute.
And I try to do these massages three times a day,
once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and again once more at night. In the morning
sometimes you'll feel that the implants are really hard and they call this morning boob.
So it's really nice to do your massages in the morning and that helps soften them up as you can see.
After massaging them, they move around freely.
