We're going to start today just laying down, taking some deep breaths, relaxing.

This is a very short video. I'm just going to show you a couple of different moves.

I'm now starting to work on my inner core. So I'll be showing you the front lunge

and the angel pose, which is a very simple stretch backwards while you're

in lunge pose to strengthen your core and you'll really feel an effect of

stretch across your shoulder blades on your chest. So nice deep breaths. You want

to just relax before you start any kind of stretching. It's good to just lay down

and connect with your body. Nice deep breaths. And then let's come up into

tabletop. Again, you just want to slowly stretch out your spine. So deep breath in.

Let your shoulders push down your back and then exhale and push your spine up

to the ceiling, just putting space and elongating your spine. Inhale in, drop your chest down,

chest forward, head back. Deep breath in and exhale up to the ceiling. Push your spine up.

Deep breath in and exhale. This feels really good on your body when you do this first thing in the

morning, especially if you get up out of bed, you're a little bit tight. So just flow at your own pace.
